A number of NHS Boards across NHS Scotland have enabled a TrakCare evidence button on the Trakcare system.
Please note that not all NHS Boards use the TrakCare system. For staff in boards which use TrakCare but do not have the evidence button enabled we recommend contacting your local IT department.
Staff who have access to the TrakCare evidence button can access key clinical and medicines information resources quickly through the evidence button.
It forms part of the top ribbon, and takes staff through to a list of resources and links chosen by their local board
Access is password free and resources include:
- Evidence summaries - BMJ Best Practice and DynaMed
- Right Decision Service
- Medicines information resources - BNF, BNFC, Critical Illness, Palliative Care Formulary, Stockley's Drug Interactions
- Links to local board resources and guidelines.
