We are now offering free training on the use of this site to anyone who would like to find out more about the information available and how to navigate around it. Face to face or online training can be provided, with details on how to book available here

The Reshaping Care for Older People programme provides a long term and strategic approach to delivering that change so that we can achieve our vision for future care for older people in Scotland. This change needs to be built on a strong and enduring consensus across all sectors and interests.

Registering for an Athens account as as NHS member of staff, student or partner enables you to
- Customise The Knowledge Network homepage e.g. have your own list of favourite resources.
- Save searches you want to repeat.
- Share resources and communicate with colleagues through community websites and Shared Spaces.
It also provides access to the password-protected content licensed from book and journal publishers - over 5000 online journals (many full text), over 80 major databases, over 5000 electronic books, Good Practice collections of management tools and techniques, and the ability to borrow books by placing direct requests to libraries.
