Library and knowledge services
Library and knowledge services are available across the NHS in Scotland including hospital libraries and specialist national services. Our dedicated staff provide a range of services and expert support for practice and learning, including:
- A welcoming library with access to a study space, IT facilities and wellbeing activities
- Access to physical collections (mostly books) discoverable from The Knowledge Network Library Search
- Literature search services
- Current awareness bulletins, covering the recent literature on a wide range of topics
- Document delivery services, providing you with resources not available from our collection
- Training and support on using library services, including the services and resources available from The Knowledge Network
- Additional knowledge support in areas such as copyright advice and health literacy
