Welcome to the Community of Practice to Support Liaison Coordinators Network
This website supports the Liaison Coordinators Network as a community of practice and draws together a range of resources to build on and enhance existing modes of communication and information sharing.
In a community of practice members all share a common sense of purpose and are committed to sharing information, experience, knowledge and expertise in order to learn from each other, encourage and support the development and sharing of new ideas and develop common solutions to common challenges leading to improvements. Community members need to be motivated and have the tools to engage and interact with each other particularly when members cross organisations/boundaries and face to face meetings are not always feasible. The success of a community of practice very much depends on the motivation of its members therefore it is important that all members actively contribute.
The site is still in its infancy stage and continues to evolve. Please remember that the website belongs to and is for the benefit of the community and that you are the driving force to its development. We will be guided by you in terms of the website content so it is important that you tell us how we can build on this foundation so that the community website becomes an invaluable resource all.
